Soothing Spiced Smoothie with Turmeric

With an anti-inflammatory spice boost, this smoothie with turmeric will assist with your post-holiday transition toward healthier living.

Ingredients

1 cup almond and/or coconut milk (or other milk of choice)
1 banana
1/3 cup cooked sweet potato puree, chilled, optional
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
pinch of ground cloves, optional
honey or maple syrup, to taste
