Spring Green Salad with Garlic Miso Dressing

Enjoy the freshness of the season with this beautiful raw green salad! It is the perfect Spring cleanse for your mind and body!

Ingredients

Dressing :
2 Tbs agave/ honey
1 Tbs white miso
2 Tbs water
3 tsp spicy brown mustard
2 tsp olive oil (optional, but recommended)
¾ tsp garlic powder
black pepper to taste

Salad:
1 bunch asparagus, tough ends removed. Cut into 2″ pieces
1 avocado, sliced
2 cups pea shoots
