Low calorie vegan Caesar salad dressing
Super low calorie and super flavorful, less then 1/3 the calories of regular Caesar dressing! Only 17 calories and 1 g of fat per tablespoon, and takes 4 minutes to make!
One flavor packed tablespoon goes a very very long way.
This dressing is vegan so dairy free, egg free and anchovy free, which actually makes it last in the fridge much much longer then regular homemade Caesar dressing (over a month).
Without any fillers, sugar or mystery ingredients that start with the letters X or Z that might be found in store bought light Caesar dressing.
1/4 cup quick soaked cashews
3 tbsp shiro miso or light miso
2 tbsp lemon juice
8 tbsp water
4 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp dry nutritional yeast
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 pitted green olives
1/2 tsp capers drained
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
