2 white onions
2 Tbsp olive oil divided
1 head of garlic
1 1/2 C medium sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp fresh minced rosemary or 1/8 tsp crushed dry
1/8 tsp salt
1 bunch of kale
1 1/2 C gouda
6 whole wheat tortillas
1/2 C balsamic vinegar
2 tsp honey
