1 block firm Tofu, drained and diced
3 heads fresh Broccoli, separated into small florets (or about 5 cups frozen florets)
5 oz Soba Noodles
1 cup Peanut Butter (smooth, or crunchy, your choice)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sriracha
Salt and Pepper to taste.
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil.
1 cup chopped peanuts
