Vegan 3 ingredient nut free granola is so crunchy and perfectly sweet! Easy to customize with your favorite add ins, and it’s the perfect snack or topping for breakfast bowls. Oil free, gluten free, and naturally sweetened!

Ingredients

2 c whole grain gluten free rolled oats
1 c buckwheat groats
1/2 c date syrup – I used The Date Lady brand for this recipe
Optional add-ins: raisins, vegan chocolate chips, spices
