2 c whole grain rolled oats, ground into flour
1 c whole grain rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c date paste (I use about 16 large pitted medjool dates, blended with 1 c hot water then measure out 1 c paste)
Optional add ins: nuts, raisins, berries, unsweetened coconut
