Vegan Cheesy Potato Wedges

These Vegan Cheesy Potato Wedges are a perfect snack when you’re craving something cheesy and comforting.

Ingredients

For the Potatoes
1 lb fingerling potatoes*
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil**
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 tstp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika
2 TB nutritional yeast
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup water
