Vegan Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Waffles

Satisfy your craving for pumpkin spice with delicious, vegan, gluten-free pumpkin spice waffles. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of almond milk (any type of non-dairy milk will work)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 cups gluten-free flour blend
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp salt
