Vegan-Chocolate-Peanut-Butter-Balls

Vegan Peanut Butter Balls

Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes
Serves: 12-16 Balls

Sweet truffles made with peanut butter and coconut, coated in rich homemade dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Balls:
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
¼ Almonds (or Almond meal for a less chunky more doughy ball)
¾ Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Oats
⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
Crushed peanuts (for topping)
Chocolate:
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
4 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder (Or coco powder)
