Zucchini Noodles with Heirloom Tomatoes and Feta

A simple healthy meal idea featuring fresh zucchini and heirloom tomatoes.

4 medium zucchini
1 pint mini heirloom or cherry tomatoes (or 4-6 large heirloom tomatoes)
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
