4 tablespoons (1/4 cup ) packed dark brown sugar

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 pinch salt

Chocolate fudge layer

1 cup (6.2 ounces by weight) semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Chocolate drizzle

3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
