2 tbsp corn starch
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp sambal oelek
1 medium carrot
2 cups cremini mushrooms
handful of snow peas
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
