Jeera aloo is a dry preparation of boiled potatoes with cumin seeds. Cubes of potatoes are stir fry with cumin seeds, onion, tomato and other spices.
Ingredients
2 boiled potatoes medium size
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 green chili roughly chopped
1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 size onion sliced
6 – 7 curry leaves
1 tomato chopped
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cooking oil
Some chopped coriander leaves for garnish
