Crunchy, peanutty, delicious! This is a healthy granola that is very addictive
Ingredients
½ cup natural salted peanut butter
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ cup maple syrup
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup raisins
Note: Half of the peanut butter can be replaced by 4 tablespoons PB2 mixed with 3 tablespoons water
