A single serving of the signature green smoothie at Nutrition Stripped, the Stripped Green Smoothie.
Ingredients
1 cup of organic lacinato kale/regular kale
1 cup of organic romaine
1-2 large stalks of organic celery, chopped
½ organic apple, cored and chopped
1 banana, chopped
½ cup of filtered water
½ cup of coconut water (double the filtered water if you don’t have this available)
¼ cup organic cucumber, chopped
1 tablespoon of cilantro (recommended but optional)
1 tablespoon of parsley (recommended but optional)
Juice of 1 lemon/meyer lemon
dash of cayenne (optional)
dash of cinnamon (optional)
