A delicious blueberry smoothie full of greens and raw fruits- raw, gluten free!
Ingredients
1-2 frozen bananas
2 cups frozen/or fresh organic blueberries
1 heaping handful of organic spinach
1 heaping handful of organic red kale
1 teaspoon organic spirulina
1 scoop of vanilla Vega protein (optional, may use protein powder of choice or omit completely)
½-1 cup filtered water (or almond milk)
a dash of cinnamon
stevia (optional, for a sweeter taste)
