A delicious plant protein rich smoothie perfect as a meal on the go or as a snack.
Ingredients
2 Tbs. chia seeds
¼ cup of filtered water (or coconut water)
¼- 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1-2 scoops of Vega Sport Chocolate Protein Powder (or protein of your choice)
½ cup of frozen organic raspberries
½ avocado
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
¼ teaspoon of Stevia powder or the equivalent using Stevia drops
1 teaspoon of maca powder (optional)
Dash of ground Cinnamon (Ceylon is my favorite)
