Roasted Cauliflower, a yummy, tasty blend of roasted cauliflower topped with parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and spices.
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, separated into florets (approximately 6 cups)
1/4 cup (60 grams) olive oil
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) salt
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 cup (50 grams) freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon (3/4 gram) dried parsley
1/4 cup (40 grams) bread crumbs
