This apple pear green smoothie (green thickie) is fresh, delicious and nutritious. The combination of apple, pear, spinach, milk, rolled oats and pecans makes a filling drink, that can easily replace a light meal.
Ingredients
1 large pear (cored)
1 large apple of your choice (cored)
1½ cups fresh spinach
1 cup almond milk ( 2 % dairy milk is fine)
½ cup water or ice
2 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp pecans (any nuts of your choice)
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
