Green Grape Green Smoothie

I gobbled this one up. This smoothie was surprisingly delicious and insanely healthy. I went a little crazy with this smoothie and was so surprised at how good it was, I wasn’t even planning on taking photos but after consuming it I had to share it with you. This smoothie is packed with ingredients that will make your body super grateful.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1 cup green grapes
1/2 frozen banana
5 mint leaves
1/2 chopped carrot
1 tsp flax seed meal
1/4 tsp maca Powder
1/8 tsp turmeric
5 almonds
1 tsp chia Seeds
1/4 cup oats
sprinkle of cinnamon
2 tbsps vanilla Greek yogurt (can leave out)
3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup cold water
