2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Pumpkin Filling:
1 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 cup heavy cream
1 large egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
