This layered smoothie – made with bananas, mangoes, apples and strawberries – is creamy, sugar-free and gluten-free. As an added bonus, there’s a fair amount of protein thanks to the Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
For the Apple Layer:
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1 apple, diced
3 oz. (85 g) plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup almond milk
For the Strawberry Layer:
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango chunks
10 – 12 strawberries, hulled and chopped
3 oz. (85 g) plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup almond milk
