Ingredients
180 g samphire
25 g hazelnuts
3 radishes
1 lemon
1 tbsp organic maple syrup
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For the dressing:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
