This thick blueberry smoothie is delicious, and very filling.
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk or cow’s milk
¼ cup regular oats
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
½ cup bluberries
1 tsp ground flax
100g Greek yogurt (look for gelatin-free versions)
Ice cubes
Homemade granola for topping, optional
