Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal
Baked apple pie oatmeal on the bottom, with a chewier pastry-like topping (but it’s also healthy!)
For the topping:
3 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon almond meal
2 teaspoons sliced/slivered almonds
½ teaspoon all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Scant 1/8 teaspoon molasses
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 teaspoon almond milk (plus extra, for brushing)
For the filling:
1 apple, peeled
1 tablespoon raisins
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons apple juice
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup almond milk
¼ teaspoon baking powder
