Honey-Dijon Avocado Dressing
You can skip the salad dressing aisle at the grocery store from now on, I’ve got some big news for you. Making your own salad dressings and dips are so ridiculously simple and taste so much better that you’ll be kicking yourself for buying the jarred stuff. If simplicity and taste haven’t convinced you, how about the cost? Pennies on the dollar. You can make several different types of dressings and dips to suite your cravings using stuff you most likely already have in your fridge and cupboard.
1 cup plain, fat free Greek yogurt
1/2 of an avocado
1/2 cup whole grain, Dijon mustard
1/4 cup local, unfiltered, raw honey
1/2 lemon, juiced
pinch of salt
