Lemon & Raspberry Greek Yogurt Muffins

Super delicious and guilt free! These muffins are made with Greek yogurt and 100% whole wheat flour. So zesty and bursting with flavour, you have to try them!
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
1 cup of lemon Greek yogurt (I use 0% fruit on the bottom, if yours is just lemon flavoured, add 1 tablespoon of lemon zest)
1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of fresh raspberries
