This dish is made with fresh ingredients and is full of flavour, my favourite spaghetti sauce! No more groans when you say you’re making spaghetti for dinner.
Ingredients
6 tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
6 large mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cup of red wine
salt and pepper to taste
handful of fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
1 box (454g/1lb) of pasta cooked according to box instructions
