1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
4 or 5 large carrots, peeled and chopped into large chunks
1 tsp harissa (to taste, depending on brand)
120g red lentils
600ml vegetable stock
4 eggs
feta
corainder (optional)
