½ cup nuts and/or seeds
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
zest of one orange
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter, melted
½ cup dried cranberries
