15 medjool dates (approx. 130g without pits)
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon + 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Flaky sea salt
