This is a nice make-ahead recipe, and the bars are packed with nutrients and crunch. You can use any kind of nuts you like in this recipe, and we are also using coconut, dried fruit, coconut oil, almond butter and honey, along with vanilla and cinnamon for flavor.
Ingredients
4 cups nuts (any kind)
1 tablespoon salt
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raw honey
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup dried fruit (raisins or chopped dates, for example)
