Some people might only have a cup of coffee for breakfast but that isn’t really breakfast, is it? That is why this recipe incorporates banana, cashew milk, protein powder, vanilla and cinnamon to round the coffee out into something thick, tasty and satisfying.
Ingredients
2 oz strong brewed ‘chicory root coffee‘ (or regular coffee)
1/2 banana
2/3 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup cashew milk
1/4 cup unflavored egg white protein powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Honey (optional)
