This healthier version of Tandy Cake keeps all of the good stuff– the spongy cake, creamy peanut butter, and rich chocolate– but cuts out all of the butter and a lot of the sugar.
Ingredients
½ cup flour
1/3 cup sugar or baking stevia
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup milk of choice
¼ cup Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
½-1 teaspoon coconut oil
