Paleo breakfast can take many shapes and forms, if you use your creativity. I love having this ‘cup of iced coffee’ for my breakfast of paleo champions. It’s surprisingly filling and a breeze to make.
Ingredients
2 oz strong brewed ‘chicory root coffee‘ (or regular coffee)
1/2 banana
2/3 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup cashew milk
1/4 cup unflavored egg white protein powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Honey (optional)
