Paleo Carrot and Pecan Muffin Recipe

Although sweet muffins are often great for dessert, savory ones, or at least ones which are not too sweet, are the perfect paleo breakfast.
Ingredients
2 cups blanched almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
3 eggs
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
1 cup grated carrot
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3/4 cup raisins, soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained
12 pecan halves (optional)
