Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Dough Balls

Serves: 6 small cookie dough balls
Cookie dough doesn’t have to be unhealthy – these are completely breakfast appropriate! This makes a small batch of cookie dough balls, but the recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
Ingredients
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
1 small overripe banana (or half a large one)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/16 teaspoon molasses
1 tablespoon PB2 (or regular peanut butter)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ tablespoon raisins
½ tablespoon chopped walnuts
