While they taste like brownie batter, these are healthy! They’re filled with fruit, whole grains and nuts – and contain no butter or oil, and only a little bit of maple syrup.
Ingredients
2/3 cup + ¼ cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons PB2 (or regular peanut butter)
Pinch of salt
4 medjool dates, chopped
1 overripe banana
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
