Ingredients
6 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
½ cup water
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup oats
1 cup crushed vegan graham crackers (about 10 sheets)
½ cup mini vegan marshmallows
1.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
optional: 1 tsp coconut oil or Earth Balance butter
