Whenever you need an instant energy boost, you can pop one or two of these little treats into your mouth. Although these taste really good they are also quite filling so you will find that just one or two is enough to give you energy and melt away hunger pangs.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups pitted dates, chopped
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt
