Incredible General Tso Cauliflower
General Tso’s sauce is a spicy/sweet/salty sauce, and OF COURSE I made it sugar free… but trust me no one will know!
This is a seriously addictive, and a wonderful way to get non veggie lovers to eat cauliflower aaanndd ask for more!
You can serve this by itself as an appetizer, on a bed of rice or as I did… on top of some more veggies 😉 sprinkle with some toasted sesame for an added crunch.
For cauliflower:
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets or half florets
1/4 cup white rice flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup +2 tbsp cold water
cooking oil spray
For General Tso sauce:
1/4 cup gluten free tamari or soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp powdered stevia
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp arrow root starch (or cornstarch)
4 tbsp cold water
