Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1½ cups raw cashews, soaked for at least 1 hour
1 small garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp lemon juice
¾ cup water
1½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup nutritional yeast
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp dijon mustard
pinch of cayenne pepper
paprika for garnish (optional)
