1/2 cup organic spinach or kale
1/4 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana, sliced, frozen
1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
1 1/2 cups frozen organic berries (I get a blueberry, blackberry, raspberry strawberry mix)
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 cups water or coconut water
pinch of turmeric, optional
sweetener of choice, optional
Topping options:
chia or hemp seeds
coconut chips, flakes
banana slices
blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
nuts or seeds
