Pumpkin and Chili oil infused Pretzels – easy, vegan, spicy and delicious pretzels, perfect for cozy fall weekends.
Ingredients
Warm water – 1/2 cup
Dry yeast – 2 teaspoons
Sugar (white or brown) – 1 tablespoon
Pumpkin purée – 1 cup
Vegetable or olive oil – 1/4 cup
Red chili flakes – 1 teaspoon (or more to make the pretzels spicier)
Paprika – 1/2 teaspoons (optional)
Flour – 2-3 cups
Sea salt – 1 teaspoon
Water – 8 cups
Baking soda – 1/4 cup
