Here’s another super easy recipe for delicious raw 2-ingredient energy balls. They are completely vegan and great for those who want to enjoy some healthy sweet truffles, but don’t want to eat nuts and fats. The best part about this recipe is that it requires no machines and the only ingredients you need are dates and oats or oat flour, as well as a fork. Optionally, you can add nuts, seeds, shredded coconut, other dried fruit or cocoa powder in the mixture, but those 2 ingredients work perfectly fine for this recipe.
