These soft and tender dark chocolate brownies are gluten-free and good for you– and they taste great, too!
Ingredients
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
⅓ cup baking stevia (or granulated sweetener of choice)
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
½ cup almond milk
½ cup pure maple syrup
2 eggs, whisked
½ cup chocolate chips
