1 onions sliced
1 cup Tofu shredded
1/2 cup Peas
1/4 cup Soybeans
2 Garlic Cloves grated on a microplane grater
1 tbsp Ginger Root fresh, peeled and grated on a microplane grater
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp Olive Oil
