This Gluten-free Banana Nut Bread is made with rice flour, Greek yogurt, rolled oats and coconut oil. This is also naturally sweetened and will make your home smells like Autumn!
Ingredients
3 overripe bananas (about 1 cup), mashed
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup nut chopped (walnuts, pecans, cashew, almond)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
