Here’s another vegan recipe that tastes just as good as the regular version. Today we are making gluten-free oat chocolate chip cookies. If you want to make them even more interesting, add chopped nuts and dried fruit.
Ingredients
1 cup of oat flour
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/4 cup of plant-based milk of your choice (or dairy milk if you are not vegan)
3 tablespoons of peanut butter (or any other type of nut butter)
Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, dried fruit and nuts
